Basketball is a beautiful game that has evolved from an unknown, unathletic game into a worldwide, high-flying phenomenon. The history and evolution of the culture that has surrounded the game over the last century has been of interest to me personally. On Red Phog I hope to share my love of basketball through  stories, road trips, stats, and graphics. I share the sentiment that Naismith talks about in this quote, seeing a hoop in a dirt driveway or seeing an old gym in a small town makes me want to stop and shoot some hoops.
